Grab: Strong career paths in Southeast Asia tech. Grab engineers and PMs are highly sought after by VCs and other tech companies in the region. The Grab alumni network is increasingly influential in Singapore's startup ecosystem.
Sea: Given Sea's significantly larger scale and global ambition (Shopee's entry into Europe and Latin America, though partially retreated), Sea alumni have very broad market exposure.
