About this role
Salary : $2800 - $3000 5 Days office hours Mon - Thursday 8.30am - 6pm and Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm • Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works of hospital, medical centre and other associated business unit as instructed by the management • Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department • To assist in projects and addiction & alteration works as assigned by Head of Department or reporting Supervisor • Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadline & budget • Independent and resourceful. Good problem solving & analytical skills • Able to work well with people from across different departments and levels • Assist in any other duties assigned • Able to manage the work schedule of contractors/ vendors to ensure the work / project within the timeline with minimum disruption to the patients and staff • Work with colleagues and contractors to ensure al physical plants and equipment are serviced as planned. • Compilation of quotations, documents, service reports and invoices with submit month end financial accrual. • Compilation of work order status for outstanding, completion and waiting for parts arrival. • To update utilities and medical gas usage. • To publish RFQ if assigned by the superior.
