About this role
Job Description• Provide administrative and project support to the Head of HR, including managing schedules, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with manpower planning reports. • Support HR projects for Learning & Development programme launches. • Provide administrative support to Learning & Development, including course administration, invoice processing, and coordination of training logistics and events. • Support HR Business Partners in operations related matters, assist in HR events, career fairs, orientation programmes, and training coordination. • Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and documents on SharePoint. • Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned. Job Requirements• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Good numerical, communication, and organizational skills. • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
