Job Description • Carry out planning activities by releasing reports to suppliers, ensuring commitments support production schedules • Track performance, expedite shipments, and address material shortages to prevent disruptions in operations • Oversee and resolve issues related to quality alerts, engineering changes, supplier returns, goods receipt discrepancies, and invoicing concerns promptly • Ensure accuracy and consistency of system data while adhering to internal policies and procedures • Monitor and control inventory levels to achieve an optimal balance between supply availability and cost efficiency Job Requirements • Degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in purchasing and planning • Hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Working knowledge of SAP ERP systems All qualified applicants, please send in your resume to: medicalhealth@recruitexpress.com.sg Tricia Celestine Goh (R1981653) Recruit Express Pte Ltd | Company Reg.
