About this role
The Job: • Screen and shortlist resumes submitted via various career portals, conduct phone screening and surface potential candidates who meet the job requirements to hiring managers • Pro-actively source and reach out to potential candidates to engage them on career opportunities • Plan and coordinate recruitment events such as recruitment fairs/ career talks to maintain a strong employer brand presence • Identify opportunities and drive improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment workflows and processes The Requirements: • Degree in any discipline • Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in HR function, preferably in organisations with high volume of recruitment • Candidates with prior experience in Human Resource Function in education industry will have an added advantage Interestedapplicants can send their detailed resumes to janelui@recruitexpress.com.sgor call JANE @ 6735 1955.
