Location: Eunos Duration: 12 months contract Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6 Salary: Up to $3800 + 2 months bonus Job Responsibilities: • Ensure claim submissions and requests received through emails are responded within the expected turnaround time of T0; • Ensure claim enquiries and requests received through emails are responded within the expected turnaround time of T1; • Forward claim submissions by agents and policyholders to the correct Claim Admin Team for claim registration, on day of email receipt. • Acknowledge agents’ and policyholders’ emails, upon receipt of claim submissions. • Tag and ‘wrap’ emails which does not require further action. • Assist in call out to distribution representatives and/ or policyholders, to provide basis of decision, for concluded claims where policy has to be voided due to material non-disclosure. • Assess and manage appeals, feedback and general complaints received from emails. Escalate higher level complaints to Managers and his/ her immediate supervisors • Other projects or ad-hoc assignments/tasks delegated by the Unit Head; Job Requirements: • Minimum A Level with experience in insurance industry • Prior customer service experience preferred Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
