1 Year Payroll Implementation Lead | Workday | Up to $12000 #NKA

Location: Asia Square Duration: 1 year contract (possibility of extension for another year) Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 5 Salary: Up to $12000 Job Responsibilities: • Supporting the team's transition to Workday system • Lead end-to-end payroll projects across APAC (implementations, upgrades, migrations, process improvements) • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders across multiple countries • Gather requirements and oversee payroll system setup, data migration, testing, and integrations (HR, finance, time systems) • Ensure compliance with regional regulations (e.g. CPF, PAYG, PF/ESIC) and maintain proper documentation • Drive process improvements and automation to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy • Act as SME for payroll systems and Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs) • Troubleshoot system/interface issues and ensure data integrity Job Requirements: • Experience working with large, multi-national payroll systems and managing global payroll operations • Hands-on Workday integration skills • Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements for diverse markets. • Demonstrated experience leading payroll system implementations and operations (e.g., ADP, Ceridian, Ramco) in large, complex, multi-country organizations.
