About this role
Responsibilities: • Assist in handling customer campaigns related enquiries from agents via sg.customermarketing mailbox • Assist in digital voucher issuance/reissuance to customers, which includes the process of generating masked IDs, issuing points in Rewardz portal, Microsoft Dynamics CRM system • Assist in tabulating balance of unredeemed eVouchers before confirming how much to top up for next campaign. • Provide each campaign redemption summary files to Finance on a monthly basis • Perform data mail merging over excel and liasing with our printing vendor for checking • Artwork checking with printing vendor before marketing collaterals are printed • Assist Campaign Managers to reach out to agents when required to complete fulfilment. Requirements: • Good verbal and written communication skills • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Excel • Tertiary education with some experience in Insurance industry or Customer Service preferred.
