About this role
Job Responsibilities• Support HR operations across employee lifecycle events, including probation confirmation, staff transfers, changes in working hours or employment terms, contract renewals, re-employment, and incentive or salary adjustments. • Ensure all processes comply with HR policies, standard procedures, and service level agreements. • Maintain accurate work trackers to support reporting and productivity analysis. • Update and maintain process documentation and knowledge repositories. • Participate in cross-training to ensure consistency in service delivery. • Provide on-site support and maintain a positive stakeholder experience. • Assist in process improvements, including report preparation and data gathering. • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver administrative and advisory support. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality. • Support projects and perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements• Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field. • At least 1 year of relevant HR experience. • Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) is an advantage. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Able to handle high-volume work with accuracy and confidentiality. • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
