About this role
Job Scope • To handle the Key Policy Services transactions for Health policies and deliver within stipulated service standards. • To handle the assessment and processing of policy alterations of Accident & Health policies, comprising of policy benefits and other policy admin transactions • Provide support in handing enquires from touchpoints, including policyholders and financial representatives • Data entry into Excel • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices Requirements • Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree with preferably 1 – 2 years’ experience in insurance or financial sector • Good knowledge of MS Office applications Jessica Nguyen Huynh Thanh Truc CEI Reg.
