Location: Pioneer Duration: 3 months contract (convertible) Salary: Up to $3800 Job Responsibilities: • Handle student enquiries via hotline, email and walk-in counter. • Process student-related matters including student passes, insurance, concession cards, tuition grants and academic documents. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve student issues and enquiries. • Support events, outreach activities and logistical arrangements. • Assist with mailroom operations when required. • Prepare and update SOPs and knowledge articles. • Support process improvement and automation initiatives. • Participate in ad-hoc projects and departmental activities.
