Pioneer 6 Months Contract 8.30am –5.45pm (Mon-Thu), 8.30am –5.15pm (Fri) Temporary Admin Assistant (Admissions Team) - Responsibilities: Programme Operation: Admission • Monitor the overall progress of the admission cycle. • Preparation of applicant list for programme director screening and selection. • Pre-screening of applications, certificates, transcripts (all re-requisite documentation) • Plan, communicate, preparation and attend student online admission interview (if require by PD) • Follow up with student acceptance rate and deposit received • Following up with all the OA necessary checking and request (to student) to ensure student smooth matriculation. • Upload all the outstanding documents (as required or request by OA) into GCAS for OA checking and verification. • Ensure follow up with student to accept e-offer sent by OA. • Reject all the unsuccessful application manually via GCAS and compiled a list for OA and IT update and further action. • Prepare and update admission statistics Programme Operations: Academic Services • Prepare and update LT recording for every trimester. Programme Operations: Examination • Invigilation and script checking Student and Alumni Affairs • Assist in executing events and networking opportunities. Other Administrative duties • Assist with marketing/outreach activities when required • Manage role-based account including responding to queries. • Assist in any ad hoc matter as raised. Requirements: • Diploma in related field and above (Business, Marketing, communication preferred) • Prior experiences in administration and training support operation (is preferred) • Well-versed in Microsoft Office Application Jessica Nguyen Huynh Thanh Truc CEI Reg.
