6 Months Bank Funds Execution Officer ($3500-$4500) #BYR

Job Scope • Process and execute mutual fund subscription, redemption, and switch transactions accurately and within established timelines. • Monitor and follow up on pending transactions with relevant counterparties to ensure timely confirmation of fund valuations and transaction status. • Communicate transaction updates and confirmations to internal stakeholders. • Coordinate with settlement teams to facilitate the accurate booking and completion of transactions. • Monitor transactions for unusual activity and escalate exceptions in accordance with internal procedures. • Respond to enquiries from internal stakeholders regarding operational aspects of mutual funds, including settlement timelines, valuation dates, subscription requirements, redemption terms, and other fund-related information. • Perform reconciliations of outstanding transactions and investigate discrepancies where required. • Review and understand the operational requirements of newly launched investment funds and support their implementation. • Liaise with custodians, fund houses, and other external parties for fund onboarding and maintenance activities. • Maintain and update records relating to fund distribution agreements and operational documentation. • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, procedures, and risk controls Job Requirements • No Experience required/ prefer with Bank Experience • Salary: $3,500-$4,500 Interested applicants please email your resume to ivytham@recruitexpress.com.sg Ivy Tham Yi Ru (R1104692) Recruit Express Pte Ltd (EA Number: 99C4599)
