Raffles Place 9am to 6pm (Mondays to Fridays) Responsibilities User Requirements Gathering: • Collaborate with users across 10 international locations to gather, analyse, and standardize user requirements for the enhancements needed core banking system. • Ensure consistency and alignment of requirements with global banking standards and local regulatory needs. Business Impact Analysis (BIA): • Document current (as-is) business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. • Develop future (to-be) processes that align with the new core banking system, with a focus on long-term benefits to bank operations and core banking functionalities. Functional Specification Document (FSD) Review: • Review and provide detailed feedback on FSDs to ensure they accurately reflect standardized user requirements and business objectives. Test Coordination and JIRA Management: • Coordinate testing activities including the development and execution of test scripts based on user requirements and FSD. • Manage JIRA tickets related to test cases, defects, and enhancements—track statuses such as blocked, in progress, and resolved until closure. • Facilitate defect triage meetings, prioritizing issues and coordinating with IT and business teams for timely resolution. • Monitor and report on testing progress and defect resolution status through JIRA dashboards and reports. Change Request Assistance: • Assist in raising and documenting change requests, ensuring alignment with business goals and impact assessments. • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate change requests and support approval workflows. Post-Production Rollout Support: • Support planning and execution of post-production activities, including issue resolution and user support. Stakeholder Liaison: • Act as a bridge between business users and IT counterparts to ensure efficient delivery and resolution of production issues. • Provide insights and recommendations to IT teams based on business impact and long-term process improvements. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related field. • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in banking or financial services. • Proven experience in requirements gathering, process standardization across multiple regions, UAT coordination, and system implementation. • Hands-on experience managing JIRA tickets, test case management, and defect triage.
