About this role
Job Description • Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of daily office activities. • Prepare, organize, and maintain records, documents, reports, and correspondence. • Assist with data entry, filing, document formatting, and updating of records to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Support the review and updating of policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and relevance. • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and other administrative arrangements as required. • Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and workflow. • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Requirements • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • Responsible, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions, including data organization and Pivot Tables, would be an advantage.
