About this role
Location: Jalan Pesawat (Pick up at Lakeside MRT) Duration: 6 months Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:15am - 5:30pm Salary: Up to $3800 Job Responsibilities: • Maintain and control project documents, drawings, correspondences, transmittals, reports, and records. • Ensure all documents are properly filed, registered, tracked, and updated in the document control system. • Receive, record, distribute, and follow up on project documents, including drawings, method statements, material submissions, RFIs, site instructions, inspection records, and approvals. • Ensure latest approved drawings and documents are circulated to the relevant project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders. • Monitor document revisions and ensure obsolete documents are removed or clearly marked. • Prepare and manage document transmittals, submission logs, drawing registers, and tracking reports. • Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and clients on document submissions and approvals. • Ensure project documentation complies with company procedures, client requirements, and project standards. • Assist in preparing documents for audits, meetings, progress claims, handover, and project close-out. • Maintain proper filing for both hardcopy and softcopy documents. • Support the project team with administrative duties where required. Job Requirements: • Minimum GCE “O” Level / Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. • Prior experience as a Document Controller in the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or building industry will be an advantage.
