We are an established fashion design and manufacturing company with over 18 years of experience. We are looking for a focused and reliable Accounts Clerk to manage our Singapore office accounts and administration. We offer a high degree of flexibility regarding daily start and end times, making this role ideal for those balancing family commitments or school runs. Job Highlights: • Flexible Schedule: Choose your own 4.5-hour window daily (e.g., 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM). • Stable Environment: Long-term position with a manageable workload. • Convenient Location: Based in Bukit Batok. Responsibilities: • Account Management: Take full responsibility for daily bookkeeping and accounting functions. Ensure all financial records are accurate and kept up to date. • Compliance & Reporting: Prepare monthly CPF contributions and quarterly GST submissions. Ensure all records are organized for year-end statutory filing. • Invoicing & Receivables: Issue invoices, generate Statements of Account (SOA), and monitor customer payment statuses. • Factory Liaison: Coordinate with our China factory regarding production costing, budgeting, and intercompany record-matching. • Admin/HR Support: Manage office filing, basic HR administrative tasks, and other ad-hoc office duties. Requirements: • Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Experience: Proven experience in bookkeeping and GST preparation. • Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required (to liaise with our China factory team and Mandarin-speaking associates). • Attributes: Meticulous, self-motivated, and able to work independently. • Commitment: Must be able to commit to 4.5 hours every working day.
