Company Overview We are Franchisees of SUBWAY and owns a multiple outlets. Job Summary Support daily accounting and HR functions to ensure accurate financial records and smooth human resource operations for the company. Responsibilities • Manage daily accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, petty cash, and journal entries to maintain accurate financial records • Organize and maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records for easy retrieval and compliance • Administer banking transactions using internet banking to ensure timely and accurate payments and receipts • Ensure accuracy and timely closure of monthly accounts to support financial reporting deadlines • Maintain employee records, process payroll, and handle CPF submissions, leave, and attendance records to ensure compliance and accurate employee compensation • Respond to staff enquiries related to HR policies and benefits to provide clear and consistent information • Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and company HR policies to uphold legal and organizational standards • Prepare management reports related to manpower, HR, and finance to support decision-making • Draft company letters and memos to communicate official information effectively • Manage licenses and permits on government portals to maintain regulatory compliance • Issue and control company items to track assets and supplies • Perform other accounts and HR administrative duties as assigned by management to support operational needs Requirement • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ABSS Accounting, Info-tech HR system • Salary will commensurate based on working experience
