As an Account Executive, you will support the account management team in delivering high-quality client service, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns. Key Responsibilities • Support the Account Management team in managing day-to-day client communications and project coordination • Prepare project status reports, and follow-ups to ensure alignment across clients and internal teams • Assist in developing clear and concise briefs for creative, strategy, and production teams • Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-scope delivery • Utilize AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, workflow tools) to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes • Use AI-driven solutions across campaign execution, reporting, and internal workflows • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, media, production, tech) to ensure seamless execution • Monitor campaign performance and compile reports with actionable insights • Manage administrative tasks including documentation, invoicing coordination, and project tracking Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field • Min 1 year or prior internship experience in account servicing, marketing, or advertising agency environment • Practical experience using AI tools to support workflow optimization, operations, or campaign execution • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies
