Your Role at a Glance This role is ideal for driven individuals who are detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to grow in the dynamic world of events and brand experiences. As an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in supporting the planning and execution of projects, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Execution • Assist in managing the end-to-end execution of events and campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, creatives, and vendors to support project milestones and deliverables. • Provide on-site support during event executions, ensuring everything runs according to plan. Proposal & Presentation Support • Assist in the preparation of creative proposals, presentation decks, and budgets. • Research and contribute ideas to support concept development and client pitching. • Support senior team members in internal and external meetings, taking notes and ensuring follow-ups are actioned. Client & Vendor Liaison • Maintain clear and prompt communication with clients and vendors. • Assist in managing client expectations and day-to-day requests with professionalism and efficiency. • Build strong working relationships through reliability and proactive support. Production & Logistics Coordination • Help manage logistics planning, including sourcing vendors, securing approvals, and maintaining production schedules. • Support the production team in coordinating deliverables and ensuring quality standards are met. Account Growth & Support • Identify potential upselling opportunities and flag them to the senior team. • Support the team in tracking project budgets, timelines, and account development. Multitasking & Time Management • Manage multiple tasks across different projects simultaneously. • Adapt quickly to changes and maintain focus in high-pressure or fast-paced situations. Requirements & Profile • 1–3 years (AE) or 2–4 years (SAE) of experience in events, media, creative, or related industries. • Strong organisational and time-management skills. • Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented. • Able to take initiative and follow through with minimal supervision. • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. • A good eye for detail, design, and storytelling in decks and proposals. • Passion for events, experiences, and bringing ideas to life. • Comfortable working late nights and weekends when necessary during peak periods.
