Salt is hiring a ‘Account Manager- Korean speaking’ responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and helping businesses based in Korea achieve their goals through consultative support, education, and strategic guidance. The ideal candidate has experience in pipeline management, developing marketing strategies, and executing sales initiatives effectively. Success in this role requires strong consultative sales and client service skills, a proactive and hands-on approach, adaptability in a fast-paced team environment, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve measurable results. This is a 7-month contract based in Singapore. Responsibilities • Drive revenue growth for the organization and the businesses we support through strategic client partnerships. • Serve as a subject matter expert on digital advertising and business solutions, tailoring recommendations to businesses of varying sizes and needs. • Optimize client marketing performance by delivering data-driven, client-centric strategies that maximize return on advertising spend. • Align client KPIs and business objectives with suitable marketing solutions to create measurable incremental value. • Lead strategic conversations with businesses across varying levels of complexity to educate, influence, and grow revenue opportunities. • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail. • Quickly adapt recommendations and solutions based on evolving client needs, market trends, and business goals. • Provide expert support on account-related matters, including issue resolution, escalations, and troubleshooting for assigned accounts. • Build and maintain strong client relationships by demonstrating deep understanding of each portfolio of business and delivering proactive solutions. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing/agency, consulting or related account management roles • Fluency in English and Korean is required as this role will collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally whose usual business language is English and Korean • Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills • Ability to influence and build effective relationships with clients at various levels • Knowledge of the media landscape of Korea and digital media is a bonus (CEI No: R1223390 | License No: 07C3147)
