Accountant & Admin (Part time)

Job Nature: Part-Time, Permanent: fixed 3~4 hours every Morning (specific daily starting & ending time to be discussed based on availability), Monday to Friday. Monthly salary is based on number of hours can contribute per week(Range: SGD 13~40 / hour, according to experience level) Possible to transfer to Full-time in the future. May be entitled to bonus if work performance are good. Working Venue: Remote working from home by using own laptop and signing of confidential agreement. Job Description: 1. Handle day-to-day accounting duties of a few affiliates companies and client companies, including perform data double entries via accounting system, full set of accounts and documents archive. 2. Maintain and update procedural documents. 3. Clerical support and admin duties. 4. Willing to be corp. sec. position of a few affiliated/client companies.(with extra remuneration) 5. Assist in Client’s hiring process. 6. Assist in Client’s Singapore work passes application process. 7. Any other ad hoc duties or errands as assigned, e.g. liaise with bank, tax authority, ACRA Job requirements: 1. Diploma in Accounting or equivalent certification, or have long years’ experience in accounting. 2. Able to liaise with customers and other stakeholders with proficient English & Chinese in both writing and speaking 3. Minimum 2-year double entry/book-keeping experience. 4. Computer literacy such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 5. Able to start work immediately or in short notice is an advantage 7. No bankruptcy record or any adverse legal record 8. High work ethics, and good awareness of confidentiality
