The incumbent plays a key role inproviding management reporting to senior management, and also ability toprovide audit leadership within the division. The incumbent will collaborate with key stakeholders (Finance, GSIP,etc.) to prepare for GMC/SMC sessions, business planning, and board meetings. ·        SalesPerformance reporting - Weekly HNW sales reporting across all channels ·        DE2 trackingand reporting, including quarterly PDC reporting (by notation) ·        Review andValidate DE2 requests raised by BDMs before further approvals, ensuringsupporting documentation is sighted and collated for all requests ·        Cost Centreexpense tracking, monitoring (actual vs budget) and monthly reporting ·        Support andreview EAFs preparation ·        Collate SOPsfor the new HNW department, and support the development of new SOPs, custodianfor HNW dept SOPs ·        Manage 2027budgeting cycle (usually starts in August) ·        Management Reporting ·        BRM & Board deck ·        Expense management ·        Trend analysis, data interpretation, story boardingand commentaries for management review ·        Audit & Control Advisory ·        Review all SOP and develop controls report ·        Annual audit ·        Other administrative duties: ·        EAF review & submission (note that EAF creationdone by respective requestor) ·        BCM (backup) ·        Any other projects/tasks assigned ·        Any other related administrative tasks andprojects that may be assigned. ·        Workwith key stakeholders to proactively shape the organisation’s culture and conductenvironment that is aligned to the organization’s Core Values Weare looking for people who ·        Bachelor's degree in finance,business, or a related field ·        10 to 15 years of business finance, audit or management reporting experience ·        Chartered Accountant certification will be advantageous Interested candidates, please email your resume to annasee@recruitexpress.com.sg Anna See Sing Yee CEI Reg R25157535 Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA License No: 99C4599 We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
