Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and analytical Accounting Intern to join our Singapore team in a dynamic startup environment. This internship offers hands-on exposure to accounting operations, financial reporting, and business analysis, providing opportunities to contribute to process improvements and financial projects. Responsibilities• Support daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management schedules • Perform bank reconciliations and review financial transactions for accuracy • Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or improvement opportunities • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities • Support month-end and year-end closing processes • Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management review • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance and business projects Minimum Requirements• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Prior internship experience or familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
