We are a team with 10 years of experiences in accounting (in-house and outsource account support) , corporate secretarial services , company formation, taxation ( corporate tax, personal tax and GST) , human resource and payroll support , customized training course, internal control in operation and finance areas and supply chain management. Our clients ranges from SME startups to MNCS, across all industries. Job Description · General Ledger Maintenance: Support the maintenance of accurate ledgers and records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles. · Account Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations of bank statements and accounts payable/receivable. · Data Entry: Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software and maintain organized records. · Tax Filings: Aid in the preparation of tax documents and filings, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations. · Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, including scheduling meetings and managing documentation. · Special Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the accounting team. Requirements: • Available to intern at least three days a week, and able to commit to a minimum of one month. • Preference will be given to candidates with valid work authorisation in Singapore.The company does not sponsor work visa applications. • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for client and team communication.
