Reports To: CEO Location: Singapore(Supporting Regional Offices) EmploymentType: Part-Time(2–3 days per week or equivalent) Job Summary: The Part-Time Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the accounting and finance functions for theSingapore headquarters while supporting regional offices across APAC. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, strong internal controls, and timely consolidation of regional financials. The position is hands-on and suitable for a senior accounting professional who can manage multi-entity operations on a part-time basis. Job Description: KeyResponsibilities 1. Financial Reporting & Closing · Oversee full set of accounts for Singapore entity · Review monthly accounts submitted by regional offices · Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing · Prepare consolidated management accounts for group reporting · Review general ledger, accruals, and provisions · Performbalance sheet reconciliations · Analyse financial results and provide variance explanations 2. Regional Finance Oversight · Supervise accounting activities across regional offices · Liaise closely with accounting teams based in Singapore and Indonesia · Provide guidance to Singapore and Indonesia accountants on accounting treatments · Review financial schedules prepared by Singapore and Indonesia teams · Standardize accounting policies and reporting templates · Review regional financial submissions · Ensure inter-company balances are reconciled · Support regional teams on accounting treatment · Coordinate group consolidation reporting · Ensure consistency in financial reporting across Singapore and Indonesia entities 3.Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversight Accounts Payable & ReceivableOversight · Oversee billing and collection processes · Review aging reports across entities · Monitor cash collections and outstanding balances · Review vendor payments and approvals · Support cash flow planning across region 4. Budgeting & Forecasting · Support annual group budget preparation · Review regional budget submissions · Track actual vs budget performance · Prepare rolling forecasts · Provide financial insights to management 5. Compliance & StatutoryRequirements · EnsureSingapore accounting and tax compliance · Monitorregional statutory deadlines · Liaise with auditors for Singapore and regional entities · ReviewGST filings (Singapore) and regional tax submissions · Coordinate year-end audit for all entities · Ensure compliance with internal finance policies 6. Cash Flow & Treasury · Review group cash flow position · Monitor regional funding requirements · Assisting inter company funding planning · Review bank reconciliations · Support treasury and banking matters 7. Internal Controls & ProcessImprovement · Establish finance SOPs across entities · Strengthen internal controls and approval workflows · Improve financial reporting processes · Implement accounting best practices · Support finance automation initiatives 8. System & ERP Oversight · Review accounting system structure across entities · Standardize chart of accounts · Ensure consistency in reporting formats · Support ERP/accounting system improvements 9.
