This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth financial operations, compliance with governance standards, and effective support for projects and membership activities. You will collaborate with external stakeholders (auditors, book-keepers, vendors) and internal teams to uphold FLA (Singapore)’s reputation for professionalism and accountability. Key Responsibilities (1) Finance & Governance • Ensure strict adherence to FLA’s Finance & Governance policies • Manage invoicing, payments, credit notes, and banking documentation (including physical filing) • Prepare payment documents for ED’s approval and EXCO endorsement • Coordinate annual financial audit with AGM-approved vendor • Liaise with book-keeper/accountant to complete monthly reports • Verify monthly management reports, bank reconciliations, and budget variances; submit to ED and Finance Committee for Treasurer/President’s approval (2) Administration • Office administration (letterbox, filing, document management) • HR administration (leave applications, annual childcare leave grant submission to MOM, internal/external filing) • Monitor membership and course participant payments (3) Audit& Compliance • Assist with bi-yearly expense submissions for ESG LEAD audits • Support LEAD TFBM audits • Assist with SSG audits (finance and documentation compliance) (4) Event& Project Support • Provide administrative support to project managers • Assist with event registration and other duties as assigned by the Executive Director The Candidate We are looking for someone who brings: • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • Initiative and motivation to work independently • Clear communication skills to engage external stakeholders confidently • Familiarity with accounting processes and governance procedures If you are keen, please email your resume to ED@flasingapore.org
