We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our Finance team and help keep our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities • Verify daily sales records and ensure sales proceeds are banked accurately. • Maintain and update cash book transactions. • Assist with monthly stock takes and support month-end and year-end closing activities. • Process supplier payments, petty cash claims, and staff reimbursements. • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on invoices and payment matters. • Monitor and update inventory schedules. • Maintain accurate records and a well-organized filing system. • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative and finance-related duties when needed. What we are looking for: • Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in F&B, Hospitality, Retail, or FMCG. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and MYOB Accounting Software. • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy. • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a team-player mindset.
