About this role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Part-time Accounts Assistant who will be responsible for the daily financial activities and to support the Finance department. You will have ample opportunities to grow in a fast and dynamic FMCG company. Job Highlights: • 3-Days per week, daily 8.30am to 6pm • Immediate Hiring • Free staff meals • In-house gym facility • Short walking distance from Tuas Link MRT Job Responsibilities: • Update accounts and issue invoices timely and accurately. • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are correctly recorded. • Maintaining storage records of documents • Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, recording bank documentations and filing of documents • Perform general accounting duties • Checking and filing of Accounting Documents in a timely and accurate manner • Independent and proactive team player with the abilities to handle tight deadlines. • Basic phone calls, emails manners required • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements: • Diploma in Accounting, Business or other qualifications such as LCCI and CAT. • Preferably with at least one years of accounting experience in an MNC environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software. • Fast learner with a pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task and the flexibility to handle changing requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Meticulous, performance-oriented, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
