Accounts & Finance Operations Executive (AP/AR) – Immediate Opportunity #HDC

Responsibilities: • Perform Accounts Payable processing and GL closing activities in accordance with expense classifications • Accurately key AP invoices into SAP system and ensure proper documentation (DO, PO, PR) is complete and well-organised • Support Accounts Receivable functions including billing, collections tracking, and KPI monitoring • Review, streamline, and enhance billing and collection workflows for improved efficiency • Conduct bank clearing and reconciliation for both customer accounts and internal business units • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of newly implemented workflows against AR performance indicators • Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting standards across all finance processes Requirements: • Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification with relevant experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting / finance operations • Familiarity with SAP system will be an advantage • Knowledge of partial or full set accounts preferred • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work in a structured environment • Able to commence work on short notice or immediately If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your updated resume to leonleong@recruitexpress.com.sg (Attn: Accounts & Finance Operations Executive) Thank you.
