We are a moving company looking for a reliable and organised individual to join our team as a part-time Administrative Assistant. This role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working on a computer and looking for a flexible, work-from-home arrangement after an initial training period. Training will be provided, no prior experience needed. Job Scope • Filing and organising of administrative documents • Printing and preparing daily moving schedules • Data entry and updating of company records • General administrative duties as assigned Requirements • Able to work on a computer (basic Microsoft Office or Google Docs knowledge) • Organised, responsible and able to work independently • Willing to attend initial training at our Hougang office • No experience required, fresh candidates are welcome Working Hours & Arrangement Less than 35 hours per week (Part-Time). Mostly work from home after learning the job. Office located in Hougang.
