Job Description · Responsible for airticket, hotel booking and visa applications · Maintain inventory for pantry items · Assist to check on travel claims · Responsible forattendance reports · Order stationeries including name cards and letterhead · Submit insurance claim if any · Arrange servicing oncompany cars/air con etc · Coordinate with agent to address expatriates' housing and related matters · Any other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements · Minimum Diploma holders · Experience in office administration and general affairs · Resourceful,meticulous, organized, and independent · Displays strong problem‑solving agility; demonstrates sharp analytical thinking and quick to assess situations and respond · Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills · Consistently good attendance with low absenteeism
