About this role
Job Responsibilities: • Coordinate unit handovers in a timely manner, including daily handover appointments and liaison with main contractors on handover kits, dressing-up items, and welcome gifts (if applicable). • Coordinate and track courier bookings and receipts, and maintain proper records in the system. • Assist the Customer Service team to coordinate with homeowners and main contractors on joint inspection appointments and work schedules. • Provide frontline service support by attending to customer enquiries and assisting in the management of complaints. • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
