About this role
• Position : Admin Assistant (Data Entry/Logistics) • Location : New Industrial Road (Bartley/Tai Seng MRT) • Working hours : Monday - Friday 830am - 530pm • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 • Duration : 6-7 Months Contract (maternity cover) • Industry : Services Main Responsibilities: • Input and maintain accurate stock inventory in the system. • Manage daily stock transfers from warehouse to stores. • Collaborate with Logistics team for daily stock outings. • Process tax invoices and delivery orders. • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices • Process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure accurate documentation Requirements: • Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field is required • O level and above Email to: diana@searchpersonnel.com.sg or call me at: 6398 5682 for more information.
