Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to support our daily administrative operations. Key responsibilities include: • Part-Time Administrative Assistant (3 Days per Week) • Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations • Assist in inventory management, logistics coordination, and tracking of supplies • Handle data entry, maintain accurate records, and update databases • Prepare and compile monthly reports, membership invoices, and receipts • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mails • Perform filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management tasks • Support membership-related administration and coordination • Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by management Requirements & Experience• Minimum GCE “N” Level or equivalent qualification • Open to part-time applicants, including retirees • Able to work independently with minimal supervision • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and good organisational skills • Positive attitude, team player, and committed to assigned tasks • Bilingual in English and Chinese (ability to communicate in Hokkien will be an added advantage) • Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required • Preferably 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience, especially in a membership-based organisation
