Admin Assistant [Govt]

• Location: Kallang • Work Schedule: 9am – 6.30pm (Mon - Fri) • Salary: $2,760 per month • Duration: ASAP – March 2027 (Subject to renewal) Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the successful development and implementation of programmes. • Track and monitor programme codes, ensuring instructors hold valid certifications under the National Registry of Coaches (NROC) and National Registry for Exercise Professionals (NREP). • Review and support the endorsement process for programmes submitted under the Learn-To-Play (LTP) initiative. • Process instructor payments in accordance with the approved matrix provided by ActiveSG. • Manage a shared mailbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups on queries and requests. • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold effective knowledge management practices. • Consolidate monthly attendance submissions for the Learn-To-Play (LTP) programme across multiple sports centres. • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports as required.
