Contract Period: From 1 Aug 2026 to 31 Jul 2027 with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of 12 months. Working hours: · Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break · Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break · Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays Scope of Services: a. To assist in reception counter duties including attending to various requests from all walk-in and call-in external and internal customers including queries from parents on financial assistance. b. To receive goods procured by the school and maintain a daily record of all mail and deliveries received. c. To assist Relief Team in monitoring staff attendance and daily attendance of contract staff. d. To assist in printing services for all staff including printing / photocopy worksheets, circulars, notes, and other materials required by the school staff for school / students’ use. e. To support the school’s Discipline Committee in administrative duties related to student late comers, detention class, collection / safe keeping / returning students’ mobile phones, lost and found items etc. f. General administrative and front desk duties assigned by the Administration Managers. Qualification, Skill & Experience: · Possesses fundamental knowledge and skills to handle customer service, office administration and clerical tasks. · Preferably at least 3 years' experience in customer service and office administration, in a school setting. · Able to communicate and write in English. · Meticulous, able to work independently and have an eye for detail. · Familiar with IT word processing and spreadsheet applications such as MS Word and Excel. · Adept at handling office equipment e.g. laminating and binding machines, photocopier. · A team player with a pleasant disposition and interpersonal skills. · Display professional conduct when interacting/engaging with stakeholders. · Aligned with school’s core values, needs and objectives.
