About this role
Job Description: • Perform routine administrative duties, maintaining all project files and filing quality records. • Procurement of construction materials and hardware. • Handle general admin tasks. • Provide clerical and administrative support to the project team. • Filing and maintaining up-to-date file records. • Accuracy in updating and maintaining the database of stock control records, schedule, VO/SOI and minute meetings. • Prepare project reports and submissions to the customer. • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the project management. Job Requirement: • Minimum GCE "A" level • Minimum 2 years experience in the construction industry • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Able to communicate proficiently in English • Excellent interpersonal communication ability • Possess a positive attitude towards work and team oriented • Able to work independently and possess good team spirit • Able to operate AutoCAD is an advantage What we offer: • 5 days week • Medical benefits • Insurance • Company transport provided at Admiralty and Sengkang MRT
