*Job Description* • Ensure proper up keeping of documents and records • Arrange & book appointment for clients • Liaise with field technicians • Simple copy & paste accounting data matching • Any other admin duties assigned by the manager Requirements • Good telephone etiquette and communication skill • Well-organised (Both physical & online filing) • Good with Microsoft Office and IT Savvy • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice • Previous working experience in pest control / environmental hygiene will be an advantage This is for perm full time, candidiates are keen to explore temporary full time (2 - 6 months) or perm part time, please message us.
