Job Summary Support daily administrative and client-related tasks including paperwork, phone communications, client portfolio report updates, vendor bookings, and event assistance to ensure smooth operations and effective client service. Responsibilities • Manage paperwork accurately to support daily office functions • Conduct phone communications professionally to coordinate with clients and vendors • Update client portfolio reports to maintain accurate and current information • Book vendors efficiently to support event and project needs • Design posters and presentation slides using appropriate software to enhance communication materials • Assist with event coordination and execution as needed • Utilize basic MS Office skills to complete administrative tasks • Apply photo-taking skills and AI creation tools to support marketing and presentation efforts Preferred competencies and qualifications • Completed polytechnic diploma or “O” level certification • Proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate clear communication • Experience or skills in photo-taking and AI creation to enhance visual content Other Information • Working hours are flexible, with a commitment of 3 working days per week • Salary range: $1000 - $1500, depending on experience
