About this role
We are hiring a part time or full time administrative clerk. Responsibilities: · Attend to walk-in customers, incoming phone and email enquiries · Communicate and coordinate with customers in ensuring prompt follow-up and closure for all enquiries · Process class registrations, invoice and payment receipts · Correspond with existing customers through phone, text messages and emails · Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers · Perform a variety of administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations Requirements: · Able to speak ,read and write Chinese words · Proficient in MS Office applications · Applicants with experience working in tuition or enrichment centres have an added advantage · Able to work on weekend but exclude public holiday · Minimum O levels or equivalent
