Job Description & Requirements Roles & Responsibilities • Prepare necessary paperwork including but not limited to quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices etc., • Handle phone calls of customers’ enquiries • Liaise with technical team to ensure all servicing, maintenance & repairs of instruments are met with the required standard • Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily. • Customer service orientated, order fulfilment to customer, include pre-sales, post sales follow-up promptly. • Perform administrative and other ad-hoc tasks assigned. • Ability to multitask and prioritize all administrative paperwork • High level of verbal and written communication. • Good administrative and computer literacy skills. • Passionate, self-motivated with service-oriented attitude. Requirements • Fresh Diploma holders or ITE graduates are welcome to apply • Proactive, independently with good communication skills. • Self-motivated, result and customer-oriented. ** 5-day work
