Job Description & Requirements We are a wholesaler and Retailer (including online) of Children's Books and Toys. Besides our own online store, we are also selling locally via Shopee and Lazada Our Website:- Website: https://www.elmtreebooks.com Part Time (AM) Working Hours: 5 Half Days out of Mondays to Saturdays (To Include Saturdays Preferred) 8.30 am to 1.30 pm Responsibilities: E-Commerce :- Upload product listings / images Packing E Commerce Orders Order Processing / Fulfilment Do Posters using Software / Canva / Others Admin Related:- Enter Invoices / Bills into Quick Books Online Related Administrative Duties Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Knowledge of Social Media preferred but not required. Social Media like Facebook , instagram, etc Must be comfortable with Computer and Excel Requirements: Min O Level (or related experience) Experience in Shopee, Lazada would be good Comfortable to do Posters using Canva (or able to learn). Work as a Team Microsoft Excel Friendly Good interpersonal communication skills Good time management skills Initiative, well organized and meticulous.
