Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Admin Executive to manage SAP updates, reports, meeting minutes, billing documentation, and daily coordination work. This role offers good exposure to customer coordination, documentation, and cross-functional support in a structured office environment. Job Responsibilities• Support project administration and report to the Deputy Team Lead / Team Lead. • Perform data entry, job closure, and administrative updates in SAP. • Generate monthly reports and KPI updates. • Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure smooth project coordination. • Compile and provide data to engineers, managers, and authorities when required. • Prepare supporting documents for TAT extension requests and follow up with customers on approvals. • Attend monthly meetings, prepare meeting annexes, record minutes, and follow up on required actions. • Check and ensure complete documents are submitted accurately and promptly for customer billing. • Support basic contractual documentation and project administrative requirements. • Undergo cross-training to provide functional support across different sections when required. Job Requirements• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent in a related field. • Entry-level candidates with relevant internship, project, or administrative exposure are welcome to apply. • Candidates with around 1 year of administrative experience will have an advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge will be an added advantage. • Strong customer service mindset with good communication and coordination skills. • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment. • Good problem-solving and analytical skills. • Singaporeans only.
