Key Responsibilities Quotation Preparation • Prepare and generate quotations based on approved pricing structures and standardized templates • Ensure all quotation details are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal guidelines • Maintain proper records of quotations and related documentation for audit and reference purposes Pricing Review Support • Assist in reviewing pricing data and validating calculations • Support updates and maintenance of pricing tables and related documentation • Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in pricing data and escalate issues as needed Administrative Support • Maintain organized filing and documentation of quotations and pricing records • Coordinate with internal teams to obtain necessary information for quotation preparation • Track quotation requests and ensure adherence to turnaround timelines Excel & Data Management • Utilize Microsoft Excel to compile, analyze, and maintain pricing and quotation data • Perform data validation, formatting, and basic reporting using Excel tools • Maintain structured and well-organized spreadsheets for tracking and reporting Requirements: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or pricing support roles. • Experience with quotation systems or pricing databases is good to have. • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, and basic analysis) • High attention to detail with accuracy in data handling • Excellent organizational and administrative skills • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively • Familiarity with insurance, financial services, or corporate environments is good to have
