About this role
• Work Location - Central Region • Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm • Monthly Salary - up to $2300 • Govt Agency, 4 months contract Job Scope: • Prepare and organise physical documents for scanning and digitisation • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of digitised records • Assist with retrieval, distribution, and storage of files • Support daily registry operations and document handling processes • Verify and upload records into the electronic records management system • Assist in records appraisal and maintenance in line with retention guidelines • Carry out other administrative duties as assigned Requirements: • Diploma in any relevant field • Proficient in MS Office • Good communication skills Interested candidates, kindly email your resume to: zuli.ng@tg-hr.com We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
