Admin, IT Support (Part-time/ 2 days per week)

Key Responsibilities: • Assist staff with basic IT support, such as password resets, account setup, and troubleshooting hardware or software issues. • Maintain IT asset inventory, track allocation, and manage returns for departing staff. • Verify IT-related invoices and submit reports to Finance and Admin Teams. • Liaise with vendors for procurement, repairs, or replacements of IT equipment. • Broadcast IT updates • Coordinate sending/receiving laptops to/from overseas offices. • Support general office administration: Service & Maintenance of equipment/repairs, office supplies, and small internal events. • Other ad-hoc tasks related to daily office operations.
