About this role
• Monday to Friday Office Hours • Work Location - Buona Vista • Monthly Salary - up to $3500 Responsibilities: • Supporting divisions in administrative matters such as management of office supplies, fixed assets and IT equipment management • Managing office and workspace logistics • Assisting in financial operations including processing of payments and claims from officers, and tracking of budget and expenditure • Providing general administrative duties Requirements: • Diploma Level and above • Min 2 years of relevant working experience • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications • A service-oriented individual with good communication and interpersonal skills • Meticulous and able to work well under pressure • Able to multi-task and work independently Interested candidates, please forward a copy of your resume to: vivien.khaw@tg-hr.com We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
