Join the Nanyang Team! ✨ We are hiring a Full-Time / Part-Time Admin Assistant to join our growing team! Job Scope: • Assist the Centre Manager with daily admin duties • Reply WhatsApp messages and enquiries from parents/customers • Handle class scheduling and attendance • Assist with student registration and payments • Work closely with the Centre Manager and tutors • General admin support for the centre Working Hours: • Weekdays: 1pm – 9pm • Weekends: 9am – 6pm • Required to work 3 weekdays and 2 weekends weekly Requirements: • Responsible and organised • Able to communicate well with parents and students • Basic computer and WhatsApp skills • Friendly and able to work independently • Suitable for young and energetic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced and engaging environment • Prior admin experience is a bonus • Training will be provided • Immediate availability preferred Friendly, fun, and dynamic workplace Supportive working environment Opportunities for career growth Locations: Kinex / Ang Mo Kio Interested applicants may WhatsApp us directly at +65 8071 5793 with: • Name • Availability • Resume / working experience We look forward to welcoming you to our team!
