Job Title: Administration Executive (1-year Contract) Job Summary: We are seeking an agile and results driven Executive to join our Planning-HR-Admin Department of Corporate Division. This role is well suited for candidates with at least 3 years of experience. The primary responsibility of this role is administrative support, including administering employee training, awards, corporate card and air travel bill management, and driving digitisation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. The successful candidate will also support expatriate management, including handling housing and tenancy-related matters; and oversees door access security administration, staff issuance processes, maintains and updates the employee directory to ensure effective workplace operations and data accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Administrative support Support for administrative operations, including administering employee training, long‑service awards, managing corporate card and air travel bills, and driving digitisation initiatives to improve efficiency. Support for expatriates on international assignments in handling housing and tenancy agreements. Oversees door access security administration, staff issuance processes, maintains and updates the employee directory to ensure effective workplace operations and data accuracy. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. • At least 3 years of experience in administration roles or related roles. Fresh grads are welcome to apply. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong coordination and organisational skills,with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively. • Ability to think independently, take initiative, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to details. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
